1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: The request for return must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all seals, tags, and protective films intact.
- Packaging: Products must be returned in their original retail packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional items included with the purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable once the original packaging has been opened or the safety seal is broken:
- E-liquids, vape juices, and nicotine salt solutions.
- Disposable vape devices.
- Used coils, pods, or atomizers.
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
3. The Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect the product to verify its condition. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Rejection: If the item is found to be used, damaged by the user, or missing components, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a 20% restocking fee.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
5. Shipping Costs
Unless the product is found to be defective upon arrival, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
